Last month we had the opportunity to exhibit for the first time at the Association for Talent and Development’s 2019 conference! Four team members from the UK, as well as the US jetted off to Washington D.C. and represented our organization.
We met hundreds of attendees from various industries ranging from hotel chains to automobile companies all thirsty for learning tools to benefit their business needs. Over 13,500 individuals walked the aisles of the George Washington convention center for three days that kicked off with a Keynote Address from Oprah Winfrey https://bit.ly/2YPcBZL. Seth Godin and Eric Whitacre also gave presentations throughout the conference.
We provided demos of our LMS, Electronic Performance Support System, Athena, and our unique content creation tool, Live Content Studio. We greeted attendees with our signature phrase, “Let us WOW you!” Julian, one of our Senior Developers, now refereed to as the “Wizard”, was a wonderful presence along with Claire, our CEO, Nikki, our Business Development Manager, and Jay, our handy consultant. Although we did do a lot of work while in D.C. we managed to fit in some fun at the Networking Night event at the National Museum of African American History and Culture. It was a great night of food, dancing and meeting new friends.
Overall, the conference was a huge success. We received a tremendous amount of positive feedback and were humbled to hear comments such as “This is amazing. I’ve never seen anything like this before!!”.
We are locked and loaded for ATD’s 2020 conference in Denver, Colorado! Come see us at Booth #1332!!
Now that ATD is behind us, we are gearing up for the DevLearn conference in Vegas!! October is literally right around the corner and we are excited to bring our conference crew back together again at this event! DevLearn is where the industry gathers to look at what’s now, what’s new and what’s next in learning and development and it’s exactly the type of environment TutorPro needs to be immersed in! We will be at Booth #704!!
We are excited about summer holidays and planned vacations, bringing on new team members and expanding our Atlanta office. Who can believe it is already June?! The year is speeding ahead, and Team TP is looking forward to what the second half of 2019 has in store for us! CHEERS!
