To celebrate the recent reunion, Brent Taylor and Janette Nicholson share insight into their journey, their experience, and how they’ve been able to make the leap into a fully virtual and much more effective and efficient firm.
We are honored to have had Ogletree Deakins as part of our Client Family for over a decade! We wanted to celebrate this milestone by sharing some insights on a couple of the challenges we’ve overcome together and wanted to share some feedback “We really enjoy working with Intellek. Ice Miller recognized the need to keep technology skills current and relevant by improving and expanding these skills within the firm. Representatives from HR and Technology Training were tasked to develop a technical core competency program for the firm’s legal secretaries. They further aimed to focus on developing people and defining learning paths to progress. If the firm was going to implement accountability for developing firm standards, it was critical that the secretaries be able to complete tasks using their preferred methods. This concept led the team to search for a solution that would be customizable, reflecting the way that Ice Miller work. This was achieved with the consultative guidance of the Intellek team.

Offit Kurman was facing a different challenge. The firm wanted to take their learning programs to the next level: enhancing the user experience, expanding the available course offerings, and preparing to meet the demands of the firm’s growth.
Grey Matter was looking to increase user adoption of new applications. End-users were slow to use new features of Office 365 and no quality check was in place.
